I’m Julissa.

Currently, I lead as CEO at Mariposa Blanca, a business strategy consulting firm. My forthcoming book, 'Latina Madrina: Stories, Lessons and Hard Truths from a Brown Latina in Tech,' reflects my journey in the tech industry.

Throughout my career, I've driven growth and competitive advantage for Fortune 500 companies at Microsoft and Salesforce, as well as tech startups.

My expertise lies in people leadership, business strategy, transformation, and continuous improvement. As Director of Partner Ecosystem Development, notable achievements include optimizing Salesforce's $300M 2,000-member partner operations and growing iCIMS' strategic alliances function by building product partnerships with Microsoft, Google, and Meta, which achieved $200M in annual revenue. At Microsoft, I held leadership positions in Microsoft Partnerships, Learning Experiences, and Consulting Services.

I've had the honor of speaking at TEDxMSJC and various tech conferences, including Microsoft, Salesforce, HITEC, and LTX Connect. Additionally, I've been a Keynote Speaker at the National Hispanic Media Coalition and have spoken at Rutgers University and the New Jersey Statewide Latina Conference, among others.

As a proud immigrant from the Dominican Republic, I'm passionate about education and the Latinx community. I've created the Latina Leadership Potential Award scholarship at Rutgers University, aiming to support Hispanic/Latina women. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Criminology from Rutgers University and a Diversity Management Graduate Certificate from Cornell University.
